What if I can't read some of my text over my photo?

With all of our prints, our software applies a slight overlay to ensure that the text is legible. In addition, our design team takes a look at each print that comes through and if we have any concerns we can lighten or darken parts of the image to help with legibility. Also remember the text is printed directly on the plexiglass, which is floating over the actual image. If we still have concerns, we'll always reach out to you and let you know! In addition, you can always reach us via live chat or email at support@athleteframe.com. We're always happy to take an extra look for you. We want you to love your print.

What image formats do you accept?

We accept .png, .jpeg and .tiff files. It is our highest priority that you’re pleased with the quality of your print. Once you’ve uploaded your image, our software checks the resolution and alerts you if your image quality is too low. We do not print images with a resolution lower than 150 dpi.

The key to the best possible quality is finding the original photo (often kept on your computer, the photographer’s online portal, or within your smartphone library).

  • Did you pull the image from a social account?
    Choosing an image from Instagram or Facebook will cause low-resolution warnings (since these platforms often shrink the size of your photo when you upload).
  • Is the photo taken from a text message?
    Often smartphones shrink image sizes over text, resulting in a tiny version of the original photo.
  • Did you upload a screenshot? This can compromise print quality significantly. We suggest uploading directly from your photo library.

What if I can't figure out what to write in any of the fields?

Don't stress. We are hear to help! Get creative, favorite coach, favorite pro athlete, height and weight. You can make the signature print about a specific game or moment! The options are limitless. If you still can't come up with the right stuff, email us at orders@athleteframe.com and we will be glad to help.

What if I made a mistake or a typo?

Don’t worry, it happens. Although you are not able to edit your order, you are able to cancel without penalty within ONE HOUR. Please email us directly at orders@athleteframe.com with any changes. If the order was placed more than one hour ago it has already entered into production and we are only able to cancel your order for a 50% refund. Please contact us at orders@athleteframe.com if you need to cancel your order.

Shipping & Order

What happens if my order is damaged in transit?

Oh no! We are so sorry to hear that your package was handled carelessly!
We are always happy to fix any damages that occur during shipping. In the event that your order was damaged in transit, please email us at support@athleteframe.com with any images of the damage and the package it was in (including the UPS shipping label) so we can submit a claim and get a new piece in production for you!

Is rush delivery available?

Yes! We can offer UPS expedited shipping at a cost. Please note that ALL orders have a production time of 1-3 business days before they ship. Taking production time into consideration, the estimated order arrival with rush delivery is 2-5 business days. Please contact us at orders@athleteframe.com for rates based on your location and desired arrive-by date.

How do I find my shipping and tracking info?

Your product will be in production for 1-3 business days once your order is placed. After this time period, your email order confirmation link should update with tracking information. If it does not please email us at support@athleteframe.com for an update. Typically orders will arrive at your door within 5-7 business days. Please take into account that if you place your order after 3pm EST it will not be in production until the following day.

Can you ship internationally?

Soon, but not yet. Currently, we’re only shipping orders within the contiguous United States. Subscribe to our mailing list and you’ll be the first to know as soon as we launch expanded shipping options to Canada, Mexico, Hawaii and beyond!

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! If you need to cancel or make changes to your order for any reason, you can do this within ONE hour of placing your order. Email us at orders@athleteframe.com.
After one hour, your order has entered into print production and we are unable to cancel without penalty. We are happy to provide a 50% refund of the order total if canceled within 24 hours. Please contact us at orders@athleteframe.com if you need to cancel the order after one hour.
